Betty Namwagala - Executive Director
Betty is the chief administrative officer of the Organization and is responsible for the performance of all UCTF duties devolving upon her in the administration of the Secretariat including monitoring and following up programs and activities in close liaison with other officer and implementing partners /consultants.

Samson Emong - Program Officer
Samson develops programs and oversees their implementation. He is also responsible for IT and communication services of the Federation.
